From my point of view, too many star player in a club, do not bring any good to them, it just every star player want to show off their talent so their value is rising and want to be the next football legend. They only think about their self and not preserve that TEAMWORK is a KEY in a team.

They will shoot randomly even they can pass the ball to the other player that is wide open. Why this happen?? SELFISH!! there are no SUCCESS without U in that team...

Last night was one of the best thing have happen to me. That is MAN UTD LOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! well its a great performance for both side but, Barcelona FC prove that finishing skill is key role in that match. We at least we can give Man Utd a round of applause because they have represent one of the best league in this world for UEFA Champion League Final that is the English Premier League.

Even you all must say that I'm not a Man Utd fan, but I support them if they are not too selfish. I do confess that they are a good club, but they would not be so if NO of them present in the club:-

Score - X = The Fighting Squad! Fulham and Tottenham, Manager Should Get an Award!

There are quite a shock for me when some of the unexpected club still survive in the English Premier League ( EPL ) and some of them do quite well compare to the original EPL star club.

For example, FULHAM FC. Fulham last season really battle with relegation to the first league, a lower league. The club which owned by the Harrods owner,Mohamed Abdel Moneim Fayed really need a good manager to ensure that they survive.


This has bring them to sack their current manager at that time Chris Coleman which for me a GOOD manager, to hire and fired in the same year a Northern Ireland Lawrie Sanchez which for me still unproven even he has coaching his national football team. Then came Roy Hodgson, WHICH at first I think he the same as Lawrie Sanchez, but at this end of season he bring his team to a 7th place finish in EPL which ensure them to qualify for Europe. He have proven himself.

Hodgson place new face on the field such as Nevland, Kamara ( surely a rising star ), and experience Australian keeper Mark Schwarzer which prove different by promising them a place in Europe next season. So, now for me Hodgson is 'OK'.

Hodgson at first receive a heavy pressure at the beginning of his career in Fulham by the fan because thay are struggling to catch up with the pace of other club and maybe can lead them to relegation. but he now a rilife man because he have gain the confident for the team, fan and of cause for the board.

The same story goes Tottenham FC - 3 Manager in 2 years- with their current manager Harry Redknapp( a Very Good Manager ). At the beginning of the season Tottenham is lead by Juande Ramos ( Currently Managing Real Madrid ) is expected to be a real treat to the Big 4 of EPL ( Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal ). This is because, Ramos has spend a big bag of money on many new (majority spanish) player to the club such as Gomes, and Luka Modric. Other than that, critic put the team to be one of the title contender also because, Ramos is known for his skill in winning CUP. and he have bring a cup to the team last season. He only great at cup but not really in league. When the season start, Tottenham is at the 20th place, a.k.a the last place for quite a few week.

Than Tottenham board member decide to sack him and offer Harry Redknapp of Portsmouth FC to fill the empty position. AND IT PROVE TO BE DIFFERENT!!! Redknapp constanly changing tactic, player and coahing style throut the season to make sure that the team improve. At the end of the season, Tottenham FC place 8th place behind Fulham.


Dont you think that Harry Redknapp is a marvelous manager?? bring a 20th place club to a steady 8th position finish place???
